Insane…

A great havock shook the lonely island,
Millions and millions died,
Not a soul survived,
Expect a girl of seven.
Years rolled,
Yet she survived.
All she could see was rubles ruins and wild plants,
All she could eat was fruits and wild berries,
Her companions soon became the plants of merry,
And soon she became the nature’s friend.
She needed no barometer to tell the weather,
For she knew the time of rain and the spring of May,
And played with plants and animals all day,
For she knew the language of nature.
Years rolled,
She turned old.
A lost ship tumbled ,
To her shore.
Men of ours came,
And soon did they find
The sweet little maid
Talking and chatting with no one near.
Oh!she is insane
they said.
As the tale goes….
“The world began
with men as animals,
wild in the nature.”
And
in the man’s quest to master nature
He has ended losing it.
He has lost it totally that
he hasn’t even got a clue that it is lost.
And now
they tell
“she is insane”
But I wonder,
Who is really Insane?
The girl?
or
the “Men of ours”?
